The Wild Center strives to provide everyone with the opportunity to experience and enjoy the Adirondacks. We offer a variety of services to meet the needs of our visitors, some of which are listed here:
  • Manual wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters 
    • Available for loan free of charge
    • Inquire inside at the Coffee Bar
    • Limited quantity – if you know the date of your visit and estimated time of arrival, call 518-359-7800 to reserve one
  • Wagons/Strollers for children
  • Mamava Lactation Pod
    • Conveniently located directly off the main entrance in the Great Hall
    • ADA-compatible pod
    • Provides chest/breastfeeding parents with a private, clean, and comfortable space to pump or nurse their babies
    • Installed in collaboration with the Clinton County Health Department’s (CCHD) Breastfeeding, Chestfeeding and Lactation Friendly, NY (BFF-NY) grant
  • Captioning available on theater movies
You may also be interested in John Dillon Park, a fully accessible wilderness facility and just a short drive from the Center. *Note: the campground is closed for the 2026 season.
