Group Visits
We pride ourselves on helping visitors have memorable experiences. Whether you are a tour operator looking for a new attraction, a school looking for engaging educational experiences, or a group looking for a place to stop on your trip, The Wild Center is ready to help foster new experiences.

Self-guided Group Tours
Groups of 10 or more people are able to receive a group discount. If you have this number of people, please reserve your group tickets online or call The Wild Center at (518) 359-7800.
Admission Rates:
Adult (18-64): $19 per person
Seniors (65+): $17 per person
Youth (5-17): $12 per person
4 and under: Free
Group Host/Bus Driver: Free
Payment cannot be divided between group members.
Additions to Your Experience

Add-ons
We ask that you plan ahead and make a reservation for additional programming for your group at least two weeks in advance. There is:
- Free and ample bus parking
- An on-site cafe
- Opportunities for additional programming.
Payment for this type of experience is due upon arrival, with the option to prepay, and cannot be divided between group members.
- Private Animal Encounter
Meet an Adirondack animal ambassador and experience them up close while engaging in observation and conversations to uncover the hidden stories of our wild neighbors.
There are public animal encounters included in your admission at 11 am and 2 pm, but we also offer private encounters just for your group! A Wild Center educator will bring out one of our animal ambassadors and deliver a private educational program on that species. These programs last about 30-45 minutes.
- Cost:
<30 individuals: $50
<100 individuals: $100
<150 individuals: $150
- Lunch from the Waterside Cafe
- The Waterside Cafe offers groups a brown bag lunch option that includes: the choice of ham or turkey sandwiches, or a vegetable wrap, with kettle chips, apples, cookies, and assorted canned beverages
- Cost: $16.25 per person. An 8% Tax will be added unless a tax-exempt form is provided.

TROLLS: Save the Humans
At The Wild Center from June 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026
This traveling exhibit by Thomas Dambo, features six folklore-inspired activist Trolls that have come to teach humans how to rediscover nature and to inspire humans to be good stewards of the earth.
