Exhibit Guiding Volunteers

Help enhance the visitor experience by interacting one-on-one, or in small groups, with visitors as they explore the museum and exhibits, including Wild Walk. Take a moment to point out additional areas that they may be interested in, talk about your experiences in the Adirondacks, encourage them to try our interactives, and more. A friendly personality and willingness to learn makes you the perfect fit for this role.

Visitor Services Volunteer

Are you an outgoing person who wants to help visitors plan their day at The Wild Center? If so, consider volunteering at our information desk, the Plan Your Visit Table. Help visitors navigate their day by answering questions about programs, movies, trails, and more. Share your favorite spots of hiking, eating, and entertainment to make their whole experience the best it can be. Volunteers will receive training and resources to assist with this position.
