Big Wolf Great Hall
Designed as the heart of any gathering at The Wild Center, Big Wolf Great Hall sits at the edge of Green Leaf Pond offering tranquil views of the water and the surrounding forest. With an open layout framed by granite stones, the hall provides easy access to museum exhibits while maintaining its own dedicated space. It can comfortably seat up to 170 people, making it a great option for presentations, group meetings, dining and community events.

Climate Solutions
Climate Solutions is located in the center of our indoor exhibits, making it an accessible and engaging space for programs. It comfortably seats over 50 guests in a semicircle and includes access to running water, making it well-suited for interactive presentations and hands-on activities.

Flammer Theater
The Flammer Theater, seating 156 guests, is equipped with a 50' x 12' panoramic screen and a 4:1 projection ratio, creating an impressive backdrop for presentations and events. Curtains allow the space to transition easily to a traditional 16:9 theater format when needed.
With the technology to present, record, and livestream meetings or presentations, the theater is equipped with zoom technology and a surround sound speaker system, ensuring a seamless experience for both in person and virtual participants.

Hutchens Conference Room
For a more private and focused setting, the Hutchens Conference Room offers a flexible layout with seating for up to 16 around the main table and space for up to 30 guests in total. Large windows provide natural light, creating a bright and inviting environment. The room features its own private entrance and is equipped with a Meeting Owl system and display TV, making it well-suited for Zoom meetings, virtual collaboration, and in-person presentations. This space is ideal for small meetings, breakout sessions, or as a central hub for conference organizers.

Naturalist Cabinet
The Naturalist Cabinet is an intimate space that comfortably seats up to 30 guests. With direct access to the outdoor exhibits, it offers an ideal setting for interactive workshops, small-group discussions, and hands-on learning experiences.

Planet Adirondack
Planet Adirondack is home to Science on a Sphere®, a spherical projection system that brings planetary science to life on a six-foot-diameter globe. Displaying historical and real-time data, this innovative tool transforms complex Earth system science into visually compelling stories of our planet and beyond.
With the ability to elevate the sphere and enclose the space using sliding glass doors for added privacy, Planet Adirondack comfortably accommodates up to 45 guests for presentations and gatherings.

Dining
The Wild Center is pleased to offer a catering menu from our café for conferences and meetings. Alternatively, your group is welcome to provide your own food. We also have a fully equipped kitchen available for external catering, subject to availability.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and is fully refundable up to 30 days before your event. The remaining balance is due within 30 days following the event.

Animal Encounter
During cocktail hour, one of our Animal Ambassadors will make a special appearance, offering guests a unique and engaging drop-in experience. Animal Care staff will share insights into the featured species and its journey to The Wild Center. While this is a hands-off encounter for guests, the couple will have the opportunity for an up-close moment with the animal, perfect for a memorable photo. Animal ambassadors may include a porcupine, snake, turtle, toad, kestrel, or owl.
Birdly®
An immersive virtual reality experience that lets you explore the world from a bird’s-eye view. Using full-body motion controls and a VR headset, you'll glide through cities, soar over landscapes, or dive into prehistoric skies—moving your arms to steer just like a bird. With wind effects and realistic visuals, Birdly® offers a fun, interactive way to experience the sensation of flight without leaving the ground.
