This special members only Relational Birding experience brings a fresh approach to birding that is fun, engaging, educational, and transformational for people of all ages. Relational Birding is about expanding our awareness and deepening our connection with the birds we love and the ecosystems they call home. Embrace the gifts of wonder and curiosity, pondering questions which lead on into endless discovery. Relational Birding is a nature connection method which celebrates that there is a place to belong for all.

About Rich Hanlon: 
Seeing the forest as a neighborhood, Rich brings a community approach to nature connection. He teaches the skills of nature awareness and bird language to help people notice bird's connections with their environment and with us.  Rich enjoys birding and hiking, and he relishes every opportunity to learn more about the lives of birds, plants, insects, and other members of the forest community. Rich has an Environmental Studies degree from Penn State, he is a New York State Licensed Guide and he is a Certified Interpretive Guide through the National Association for Interpretation.
