Help a Child Experience Nature
Every child should have a chance to learn about and appreciate all the wonders that nature has to offer - and not just from a distance, but UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL. And that's what happens everyday at The Wild Center, but unfortuantely, not all families have the ability to visit - it's just not in their budget. That's where our School Visit and Library Card programs can make a difference. Make your gift today in support of those programs and help a child experience nature from a whole new point of view. Invest in The Wild Center
Donations to the Annual Fund typically cover more than half the funding needed to run daily operations. Your investment will make an impact every day as people from all points of view, all walks of life and all ages come together to understand the web of life that supports us.
Join, Renew or Gift a Membership
It is easy to join, renew or gift a membership with our online form that includes a “Gift Membership” check box, which opens a form for entering the recipient’s name and address. Naming Opportunities
We are happy to meet with you to talk about ideas that have special meaning for you or for the person you wish to honor. We can take a walk around The Wild Center to look at examples of gifts that others have given, including birch trees in the Great Hall, Discovery Boxes in the Naturalist Cabinet, and quiet benches along the trails – all recognized as a testament to someone’s special love of the Adirondacks.
