The celebration is hosted by the Adirondack Sky Center & Observatory, Blue Line Concerts, Tupper Arts, Tupper Lake History Museum, Tupper Lake Public Library, Tupper Lake Rotary Club, The Wild Center, and the Woodmen Life Tupper Lake Chapter 1024.
