Fall Landscapes and Waterways Photography Tour
Saturday, September 30 from 11am to 7pm
Spend a day photographing the west central Adirondacks during the peak of fall color in the area, with Carl Heilman II as your guide and instructor. After meeting briefly at The Wild Center for an introduction and to answer some initial questions, the rest of the day will be spent visiting and photographing at several different photo destinations along the roadways, lakes, and waterways within a reasonable distance of The Wild Center.
This photography tour is designed for those who are comfortable with camera basics such as exposure, the relationship between aperture, shutter, and ISO settings, and their creative options. The afternoon will start with a brief introduction and question and answer period and the rest of the day will be spent with the camera, photographing at several different nearby locations.
This nature photography tour is rated EASY - all of the photography will be reasonably close to the road, with minimal walking over rough or rocky terrain, with short hikes up to about one half mile.
