Adirondack Authors Day at The Wild Center

Celebrate the creative voices of the Adirondacks! Enjoy reading- and writing-themed activities all day. From 12–3pm, meet a variety of Adirondack authors under the tent on the patio—browse their books, chat about their work, and get your copies signed.

This event is free for members and included in the cost of admission.

TICKETS

11 am - 4 pm:
Make your own: bookmark, nature journal and acrostic poem in the Naturalist Cabinet

12 pm:
Children’s book reading in The Wild Supply Co. Store

12-3 pm:
Author book signing under the tent

1-2 pm:
Nature journaling walk (meet in the Great Hall)

2 pm:
Children’s book reading in The Wild Supply Co. Store

All Day:
Bookworm Scavenger Hunt (start in the Great Hall)
