 wn\, turn inward\, and simply be. Guided by the pure\, resonant tones of c
 rystal singing bowls\, the expansive waves of a beautiful gong\, and gentl
 e guidance\, this immersive sound bath invites a sense of calm\, clarity\,
  and gentle release\, helping you unwind and settle into a more peaceful s
 tate of being.\n\nIn this relaxed state\, something magical happens: you c
 an quiet the chaos and begin to truly hear the world around you. The subtl
 e chorus of the Adirondack forest\, wind in the pines\, distant water\, th
 e quiet breath of the wilderness\, weaves together with the soothing frequ

 e are benches along the edge of the room\; however\, if you want to lie do
