DESCRIPTION:Fall Landscapes and the Full Moon Rising with Carl Heilman II\n
 September 26\, 2026\nSpend a day photographing the west central Adirondack
 s during the peak of fall color in the area\, with Carl Heilman II as your
  guide and instructor. After meeting briefly at The Wild Center for an int
 roduction and to answer some initial questions\, the rest of the day will 
 be spent visiting and photographing at several different photo destination
 s along the roadways\, lakes\, and waterways within a reasonable distance 
 of The Wild Center.\n\nPhotographer\, Carl Heilman II\, has been photograp
 hing the Adirondacks since the mid 1970's and has been working with digita
 l images since 1997. He has led photo workshops since the early 1990's and
  has been presenting photography workshops in Brant Lake since 1997 throug
 h Wild Visions\, Inc. His coffee table books on the Adirondacks\, Lake Geo
 rge\, New York State\, and Maine have been published by Rizzoli\, Voyageur
  Press\, and North Country Books. His AV programs have aired on regional P
 BS stations\, and he was interviewed for the May 2008 national PBS special
 \, 'The Adirondacks'. His photo techniques book\, ‘The Landscape Photogr
 aphy Field Guide’\, is a comprehensive handbook about landscape photogra
 phy techniques. ‘101 Top Tips for Digital Landscape Photography’\, is 
 published by Ilex Press\, and ‘Photographing the Adirondacks’\, is a r
 egional guidebook to more than 200 photo locations throughout the Adironda
 ck Park.\n\nCarl brings over 40 years of photo experience and enthusiasm f
 or many different aspects of photography to each workshop. A maximum of 8 
 participants\, allows plenty of opportunities for individual interaction t
 hroughout the day on the different photo shoots.\n\nThe workshop fee inclu
 des all instruction and any handouts - but does not include lodging or add
 itional meals. Please bring along whatever you would like for food and dri
 nk through the day. The workshop begins in the conference room at The Wild
  Center. We will carpool as needed to photo locations.\n\nCost: $180 non-
