Mushroom Growing and Wild Edibles Workshop with Birch Boys Chaga ←
Garrett Kopp, the founder of Birch Boys Adirondack Chaga and a NYS-certified mushroom identification expert, hosts this interactive mushroom growing and wild edible workshop. Participants will learn how to create ideal environments for mushroom cultivation, how to identify and utilize wild mushrooms in a safe and sustainable manner, sample some wild-foraged treats, and leave with their very own Blue Oyster cultivation kit. Celebrate your newfound knowledge with a salad made of ingredients you gleaned.
