ADIRONDACK SNOWMOBILE DAY

Park at The Wild Center and see the Wild side of the Adirondacks

Ample parking and a snowmobile friendly entrance road will welcome you to what USA Today called the place 'not to miss." From live river otters swimming in their own waterfall to stunning high definition films, snowshoe trails and and a warm cafe, The Wild Center is an indoor and outdoor winter attraction. The Wall Street Journal called The Wild Center "glorious" and The New York Times called it "stunning". Built by the same firm that designed the Air & Space Museum in Washington, D.C., you'll see what all the buzz is about the moment you enter the museum's vaulted Big Wolf Great Hall with its moving wall of ice.

The Wild Center is open all winter on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays, along with Presidents Week.

The Wild Center's award-winning experience is your chance to explore the wild world of the Adirondacks. You can walk the 31- acre campus with naturalist guides or on your own with free snowshoes. There are theaters with high definition films, plenty of hands-on activities and hundreds of live animals for you to meet. Come see for yourself why the Boston Globe called it "the place to go".
