An after-hours reception featuring three new artistic endeavors – including iForest, an immersive forest sound installation composed for a forest trail at The Wild Center by British composer Pete M. Wyer. His unique four-part choral work, I Walk Towards Myself, is heard in every direction as you walk the short trail loop near Rainbow bridge. Inside is a reinterpretation of the Forest & Trees theme with a new exhibit featuring eight selected artists: Lyn DuMoulin, Bob Erickson, Holly Friesen, Ryan Horvath, David Kiehm, Maria Rizzo, Richard Skelton and Autumn Richardson. While in the Flammer Theater are two new audio-visual experiences by Rick Godin: Visions of Adirondack Life, and a film on the making of iForest. Wear your walking shoes to enjoy all the evening has to offer.
